How do I find the time to think?

A client asked this question out loud in a session with me recently. She told me that her job leaves her feeling burned out and overwhelmed. She knows the balance of her life is unsustainable, but can't find the time to think even beyond next week.

Before we can look at the bigger picture, before we can explore our options, before we can look at where we want to be in 1 year, 3 years, 10 years, we need to find a space just to think.

How do we do this, when we are pulled in so many directions? How do we find the time to stop and think about ourselves, for ourselves? How do we pause long enough to take a look at the blur of our lives?
