My life has been all about change.

I know how hard it can be to move forward and how satisfying it is to do it well.

I was born in Germany and moved to the UK when I was six years old. I lived in Oxfordshire, Leeds and Norfolk with my parents and three brothers. When I was 19, I studied Linguistics in Cambridge, then moved to London.

I first worked for a graduate recruitment startup, then followed a passion for writing and made a leap to publishing, editing travel guides.

In my spare time, I put on clubnights for fun. In 2008, I took the plunge and left my job as an editor to turn the nights into a successful events company. Running this business gave me a taste for an entrepreneurial life, but I realised I wanted my work to be more fulfilling and align directly with my values and wider goals.

I began a process of self-reflection and worked with some amazing mentors, who inspired me to take my career into my own hands and choose a new direction. I made a plan for change, and in 2010, began training as a psychotherapist.

Along the way, I decided to develop a portfolio career and trained as a coach in 2014. I also co-founded and still work with The Coaching School, a centre of excellence for coaching committed to training and supporting the next generation of outstanding coaches.

I now work as a professional coach and psychodynamic psychotherapist, supporting individuals privately and in organisations, and training people to bring coaching skills and mindsets into their personal and professional lives. I am credentialed by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach and work according to the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies..

I believe in the limitless potential for change, know the value of collaboration and bring the power of real connection to all my work. I am committed to helping people find meaning and make effective, sustainable and life-enhancing changes in their personal and professional lives.
