The Milestone Process

The best stories are powerful because they remind us of who we are, and who we want to be. By telling your story, you not only remember who you are, but find out who you can still become.

What is the Milestone Process?

The Milestone Process is a unique opportunity to explore your own story and build a picture of your future potential.

Created and facilitated by two of the UK's most creative professional coaches, Milestone is an invitation to look at your life in a new light, understand who you are when you are at your best and create a record of a transformational process unlike any other.

Combining the lenses of depth psychology, coaching and story-telling, Milestone will allow you to:

  • Explore your past, including your psychological, relational and emotional development, at depth

  • Retell your story in a long-form interview, exploring your life and work in the style of biographical podcasts like Diary of a CEO, The Tim Ferriss Show, or The Coach’s Journey

  • Be coached on who you really are now and what is unique about you. You will understand who you are when you are at your best, and what you do when you are at your best

  • Turn what you find out into goals and actions to move towards towards your full potential: to be the truest expression of what is possible for you as a human

  • Receive feedback, reflections and insights from two world-class transformation professionals

  • Understand how your insights, reflections and stories fit into the wider story of humanity, creating new understanding in the field of maximising human potential

  • Take away a recording of all stages of the process, edited together in podcast form, as a permanent record to listen to again, or to share with family, friends and colleagues

What does the Milestone Process involve?

The Milestone Process takes place in three parts, focussing on the past, present and future in turn:

Part 1 - Over the course of a day, your coaches will invite you to tell your life story and understand how your experiences have made you who you are today.

Part 2 - Your coaches will take time to reflect together about who you are at your best, and will share their perspective with you.

Part 3 - You and your coaches will come together again to help you build a picture of your full potential and will explore what steps you can take to make the most of your life.

What do we ask of you?

This project requires three days of work with us, taking place over a period of 3-6 months. We require 100% focus and commitment on the days we are together and promise to give the same to you. Once the sessions are scheduled, we ask that they be prioritised like any other important event in your personal or professional life.

The qualities that you will need to make the most of this project are courage, honesty, vulnerability and leadership. Bring these, and expect to immerse yourself in them, even if this might feel uncomfortable.
